Return Period

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive programme materials, merchandise, or equipment supplied by Squebthral.ddd. This window gives ample time to evaluate whether the resources meet your expectations.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in their original Constructivist packaging.
  • All labels, tags, and documentation must remain attached.
  • Goods must be unused, undamaged, and resalable.
  • Every accessory or component must be included.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer responsibility: size issues, change of mind, or incorrect choice.
  • Academy responsibility: defective, damaged, or misdescribed goods.

Return Process

  1. Complete the online return form via Signal Point or your student account.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Receive confirmation and detailed packaging instructions from our team.
  4. Repack the item securely following the instructions.
  5. Send the parcel to the return hub specified in our email.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following are non-returnable under Irish consumer guidance:

  • Personal-use products (e.g., stylus pens, headsets) once unsealed.
  • Sale or promotional items clearly marked as non-returnable.
  • Digital downloads such as project files, software keys, or e-learning modules.
  • Bespoke or custom-built assets crafted to your specification.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., creative wellness snacks or flowers).

Legal Alignment

This policy aligns with the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland) and related EU directives. Where local legislation grants greater protection than this policy, statutory rights take precedence. We honour obligations around defective goods, statutory warranties, minimum return periods, and fair trading standards.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeframes

  • Standard services: cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund.
  • Premium services: cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
  • Group sessions: cancel at least 72 hours prior to the collaborative class.

Refund Structure

  • 100% refund: cancellation within the applicable timeframe above.
  • 50% refund: cancellation outside the window but more than 2 hours before delivery.
  • No refund: cancellation within 2 hours of the session or no-show without notice.

  • Log in to your student account and select Cancel Booking.
  • Call our admissions desk on +353 87 793 5519.
  • Email info@squebthral.world with your booking reference.
  • Submit the cancellation form available on Signal Point.

Important: We send a confirmation within 2 hours. Retain this notice for your records.

Refund Processing Time

  • Cancellation confirmation: issued within 2 hours.
  • Refund processing: 3–5 Irish business days.
  • Credit to original payment method: 5–10 business days (bank dependent).

Cancellation Exceptions

  • Force majeure: full refund regardless of notice when natural events or government directives intervene.
  • Medical emergencies: full refund with supporting documentation.
  • Provider cancellations: full refund plus potential credit or reschedule.
  • Non-refundable packages: clearly labeled promotions may not qualify.
  • Memberships: require 30 days’ notice to cancel auto-renewal.

Refund Procedure

  • Refunds are issued to the original bank card unless you request store credit.
  • Return request review: 2–3 business days.
  • Inspection of returned items (if applicable): 3–5 business days.
  • Funds appear in your account within 5–10 business days post-inspection.

The precise clearance period depends on your bank or payment provider.
